My half sister is in town this weekend, and I had an opportunity to do an impromptu shoot with her, her husband, and their 10 month old son.... He is just adorable! These were taken in a field next to my parents house, and it's just so green and beautiful. Enjoy!

Even though our first session had to be cancelled because of the horrible wind on Saturday, we managed to squeeze in a great session on Sunday. We headed over to the Botanic Gardens at Chatfield, and then over the Chatfield Reservoir! This family is beautiful, and so easy to work with. The kids were adorable and so well behaved! Just a dream.

I'm getting so excited for my first family session on Saturday! I really hope the weather holds out for us! I will be sure to post some of my favorites!

I'm learning so much!

I can't believe how much I'm learning! I have been spending a lot of time working with my photo shop program, and tonight I wanted to put my skills to the test. So.... I took my daughter out for a walk, snapped a few pics, put her to bed :) then spent a few hours editing. Here are the results. Enjoy! I'm also very excited that I booked my first senior portrait session today, along with two family sessions for the summer!

I had some time to spend with my grandparents this weekend, and wanted to get some pictures of them. They are both in their upper 80's and go back and forth in their health. They have done so much for me, and I love them so much! I wanted to honor them in some way. So here are my Nana and Poppy....
